As life goes on, things change and people do to. I was sitting in my favorite chair last night and starting reminiscing about the past. Through the years I have seen a number of people come and go. I mean, take a moment and think about how many people use to be in your life back in the day. How many of them are still present today? "Where Are They Now?" Think about ol' boy/ol' girl that you couldn't live without in middle or high school. At the time, you thought the two of you were inseparable, and you just knew that you two would spend the rest of your lives together. But of course due to other circumstances, that didn't happen. But, do you ever wonder, "Where Are They Now?"
I am getting older and have been reminded once again that life is truly short. I have been doing a lot of thinking about those people who matter and those who don't. I raise the "Where Are They Now?" question because I believe some of us, have held on to grudges for years that we have yet to let go of. Yes, I said us, because I too am a victim of this. I am encouraging you all to deal with the past, let it go, forgive, but not forget. One thing I do know is that you never won't to lose anyone without getting a chance to apologize or try to rebuild what you may have helped to destroy. If you have a chance to contact those who you know played a role in your life of some significance, please do. If you know "Where They Are Now" then you need to at least attempt contact them or make peace within yourself regarding the experiences negative or positive you too may have had.
Just take a moment today and consider those who were in your life at one point or another---"Where Are There Now?" Everyone in your life served some purpose. Some were there for a season, a reason, or a lifetime. Either way they still played a role and they do matter or did matter at that time. Don't put off til tomorrow, what you can do today. Find out "Where Are They Now?" It may not matter, but it just might, you never know.
