Shock Value: Entry 203 "I Can See Clearly..."

One of my favorite lines in this song I keep hearing playing in my head says, "I Can See Clearly Now The Rain Is Gone, I Can See All The Obstacles In My Way..." Ya, you know that song. Man, this song is so relevant to the rigor of day to day life. The rain, isn't actually rain. Metaphorically, it represents the many distractions we have in our life. Distractions that keep us from "Seeing Clearly."

With this, that, and the other, oftentimes, you are so preoccupied with minute things you miss the big moments in your life. Certain significant things, seem very insignificant, but by not "Seeing Clearly" you may or may not readily recognize there existence. One of the things I aim to do today, and in the near future, is rid my self of the unnecessary fog that people bring my way, or the fog, that life presents that may block my vision. You should try this too. "Seeing Clearly" means thinking "Clearly," which in terms means you are able to "See" things for what they are, not what you thought they should have been.

Now that I have begin to identify those things that don't help me on my road to my destiny, "I Can See Clearly" what things in my path have prohibited me from finding my way. I write today to tell you to wipe off your dusty window pane, clean your dirty glasses, or the objects that are distorting your vision. Once you are able to "See Clearly" you will be able to move forward in life in a whole new manner. Those things that seemed impossible, will ultimately become possible.
