Shock Value: Entry 205 "Don't Worry"

0

People of WoodWorkz: This is a public service announcement for you and your loved ones. There is no need for you to be "Worried." So just stop doing it! "Don't Worry" about things you cannot control. "Worrying" will only affect you negatively and ultimately cause you to stress which in time will kill you. I see too many of those I care about deeply "Worrying" to the point where their health and mental state is affected. "Don't Worry." In the words of the Legendary Bob Marley's Three Little Birds song, "Don't Worry About A Thing, Every Little Thing Is Going To Be Alright." I am not just writing this, but I truly believe it with all my heart.

"Don't Worry" about the ins and outs of life, the ups and downs, and the good and bad. "Don't Worry" about those bills you can't readily pay or people you can't always help. "Don't Worry" about your kids who hang out too late or significant your others who act like they don't remember you two are in a relationship. "Don't Worry" about issues that are too much for you to handle or way above your pay grade. "Worrying" isn't a solution, nor will it solve any of your problems. Instead of "Worrying," you should take a moment to engage in a moment of prayer or some positive solution generating exercise. Whatever you got going on, just "Don't Worry." If "Worrying" was a cure to any of life's situations or problems, our ancestors would have been rich and famous and you and I would be very different then who we are today.

I know it seems easier said then done, but just like anything you aim to do in this life, it takes time, patience, planning, and practice. The next time something comes up that usually causes you a "Worry", "Don't!" Just pray about it and allow GOD or whatever omnipotent force you choose to worship, work it out. Whatever you do, "Don't Worry." Because sadly enough, even if you do "Worry" the situation will still be there and no matter what, eventually and outcome will develop, positively or negatively. In the words of Bobby McFerrin, "Don't Worry, Be Happy." Although your issue may not be solved, it is better to work at finding a positive and letting go of the negative, then to allow it to lead to your untimely demise.
