Eye Contact

When people are speaking to you, whether you want to hear it or not, make Eye Contact with them. Look them in the Eye. I don't understand why people think it's okay to be in a conversation with someone and never make Eye Contact with them. It's such a bad habit for adults and children alike. This isn't the days of slavery where one couldn't look masta' in his Eyes. You are a whole person, thus you should act like it. Make Eye Contact with people when you are talking to them. Have some confidence in your words, if you don't, no one else will.

People who don't make Eye Contact with me, make me feel uncomfortable. I feel like either they are extremely shy, deceptive, nervous or they are lying. No man is greater than the other. No one should make you feel like you can't make Eye Contact with them. If they do, that person needs to become history, today. Eye Contact is the measure of a man and woman. If you lack the confidence to look people in their Eye, then stick to another form of communication like e-mail or text, because you aren't representing yourself in the highest light when you fail to make Eye Contact with others.
