Today's Topic: Follow Through
So you been dieting & exercising for a month now, and you can see some changes in the way your body looks and you look and feel healthy. But you haven't quite reached your targeted weight lose goals yet, so what do you do? Don't panic, if you set your goals over the course of the next 6 months, you have to Follow Through with your original plan. Don't be discouraged.
The ability to Follow Through is something that is overlooked on a daily basis by many people. They start something with good intentions to finish, but never Follow Through to make sure it actually happens. Its like a basketball player who steals the ball and has a free lane to the basket, but if he fails to Follow Through on whatever type of shot he attempts, he may miss and that would cost his team points. Similarly, the same thing can happen in your life. If you don't Follow Through with the things you said you were going to do, then it's just like you never said them at all.
Today, I want you to realize that just as important as it is for you to begin a task, a relationship, a family, or a project, it is more important to Follow Through and make sure that you complete it. What you leave undone, someone else has to come in and shore it up on your behalf. Follow Through on your promises. Follow Through with all you do. It just makes it easier for everyone around you and impacted by your efforts if you have already made sure you leave no stone unturned, I not dotted, or T uncrossed because you always---Follow Through.
